Are you a registered student ready to dive into the world of international expansion and make an impact? At HERO Software, we’re on a mission to empower tradespeople with cutting-edge SaaS solutions that simplify their work. As part of our journey to expand across Europe, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Internationalization Project.

Your Mission

  • You prepare demo accounts for international leads to convince them of the software in the best possible way

  • You support the HERO International team in project management and take on tasks as they arise

  • You provide hands-on support for new international customers and forward the processes to the right people

  • You carry out research tasks as part of our market scans

  • You get feedback from our international customers via video call

Your Superpowers

  • You have a high affinity for digital tools and ideally have already gained experience in the B2B sector or with SaaS solutions

  • You can work independently and reliably and have a “can-do” mentality

  • You have no problem with multitasking and act curiously and flexibly

  • In addition to German (C1 level), you should be fluent in English (C1 level)

  • You are a registered student in an economic field (e.g. business administration, economics, business informatics) and are living in or next to Hannover
